01
Digital Products – Cancellation & Refund
For digital services, customers may generally request cancellation before access is activated or materially used. Once access has been activated, delivered, or substantially used, refunds may generally not be available, except in situations such as duplicate payment, payment received but access not provided, inability of Puja3D to provide the service, qualifying technical failure attributable to Puja3D, or where a refund is required by law.
02
Festival Pass Refunds
Festival Passes may become non-refundable once they are activated, accessed, or substantially used. However, customers can contact Puja3D if payment was successful but access was not provided, the customer was charged twice, the service is materially unavailable due to an issue within Puja3D’s reasonable control, or Puja3D cannot provide the purchased experience.
03
Technical Problems
Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, customers should check their internet connection, refresh/restart the browser, use a supported browser/device, verify VR equipment and technical requirements, and contact support. If the problem is attributable to Puja3D and materially prevents access, the company may provide technical support, replacement/extended access, alternative access, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
04
Unsupported Devices
Customers are responsible for checking whether their device and VR equipment meet the stated technical requirements before purchasing. A refund will generally not be available simply because the experience does not work on an unsupported or incompatible device.
05
Physical Product Cancellation
For VR viewers and other physical products, cancellation may generally be requested before dispatch, depending on the order status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the matter may instead be handled through the applicable return, replacement, or refund process.
06
Returns, Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
Eligible physical products generally need to be returned in their original condition, packaging and with supplied accessories/documentation and proof of purchase. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, customers should contact Puja3D with relevant details and photographs/videos. Depending on the case, Puja3D may provide a replacement, repair, refund, missing item, or another appropriate resolution.
07
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept delivery, additional reasonable delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
08
Refund Eligibility & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, successful payment without an order, payment without digital access, eligible defective/damaged products, wrong products, qualifying undelivered orders, material technical failures attributable to Puja3D, cancellation by Puja3D, or situations required by law. Refunds generally may not apply to already-used digital content, activated Festival Passes, change of mind after digital access begins, unsupported devices, poor internet, misuse, inaccurate shipping details, or circumstances outside Puja3D’s reasonable control.
09
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to mail@puja3d.com with the customer’s name, registered email, order number, purchased product/service, transaction reference, purchase date, reason for the request, and supporting photographs/videos/documents where applicable. Puja3D may review payment records, access logs, delivery status, technical logs, communications and product condition before deciding the request.
10
Refund Processing & Replacement
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, and the final credit may take additional time depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment institution. In appropriate cases, Puja3D may offer a partial refund or replacement instead of a full refund, particularly for defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete physical products.
11
Important Legal & Operational Point
The policy confirms that mandatory consumer rights and statutory protections are not intended to be removed. It is governed by Indian law. Before publishing, Puja3D should ensure the policy exactly matches the actual checkout and operational process—especially Festival Pass validity, digital activation timing, physical-product return window, VR warranty, return shipping responsibility, replacement process, payment gateway, refund workflow, GST/tax process, subscription/auto-renewal terms, and the actual legal entity operating Puja3D.
