Puja3D provides 360° immersive experiences, VR experiences, 3D/anaglyph content, stereoscopic videos, digital cultural experiences, Festival Passes, VR-compatible content and VR viewers/products. The company may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or Services when reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.

Users must have the legal capacity required to enter into an agreement or make purchases. Where a user is below the legally permitted age, parent or legal guardian involvement and consent may be required, and parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors using the Services.

Puja3D aims to keep its website and experiences operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, universally compatible, or permanently available Services. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, hosting/server issues, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, third-party failures, or circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control.

The quality of 360°, VR and 3D experiences may vary depending on the user’s internet connection, device, browser, screen, operating system, VR hardware and third-party technology. Users are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is compatible, and Puja3D generally does not take responsibility for damage caused by incorrect setup, incompatible equipment, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

VR experiences may cause dizziness, nausea, headache, eye strain, disorientation, motion discomfort, fatigue or loss of balance. Users should stop immediately if they experience discomfort and should not use VR while driving, operating machinery, near stairs or other dangerous areas. Parents or guardians should supervise children using VR equipment.

Festival Passes are generally intended for personal use, cannot be resold or commercially distributed, and cannot be shared with unauthorised users. Purchasing access to digital content does not transfer ownership of that content; users receive only the limited access rights specified at the time of purchase.

Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. They must not impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, share credentials where prohibited, or access another person’s account without permission. Puja3D may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of the Terms.

Physical product orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled because of stock issues, pricing/technical errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or shipping restrictions. Prices and applicable charges may change, while delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs and other logistical circumstances. Payments may be processed through third-party providers.

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which may contain different rules for Festival Passes, digital experiences, digital content, physical VR products, defective products, undelivered orders, duplicate transactions and technical access problems. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not intended to be restricted.

Puja3D’s branding, logos, videos, photographs, 360° footage, VR content, 3D models, animations, software, text, music, databases and other intellectual property belong to Puja3D or the applicable rights holder. Users receive only a limited personal, non-commercial licence and cannot copy, download where prohibited, redistribute, sell, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit the content without permission.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Services, account activity, equipment, internet connection and compliance with the law. The Terms contain limitations on liability and an indemnification provision, subject to applicable law. The Terms are governed by Indian law, and users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with Puja3D first. Before publication, the document should be checked against the actual legal entity, registered office, Festival Pass structure, payment gateway, shipping/returns, warranty, third-party licences, VR compatibility, age restrictions, GST/tax requirements and Indian consumer-protection requirements.
